I loved this hotel ! The service was great , the pools were amazing and the view was beautiful ! The piano bar was just ... I can't describe it with words the music , the cocktails were delicious ! I also loved the spa! It was amazing!Amazing hotel, a must visit !

for winter and summer it does not matter.fantastic place at a good price with nice pools.the food is good, various funs.round is next to the forest and it smells like pine.I recommend it.good atmosphere for families

Wonderful hotel with hot mineral water, great view to the mountain, high quality breakfast and comfortable room. I am highly recommending it. The staff is very kind and provided good service. SPA center - different type of sauna, relax zones and atmosphere. Even we used fish spa which is amazing way for treatment of toxins via feets. Everything was perfect.

This is probably our 6 time at the hotel and it still holds up against every other spa hotel we've been. The service and friendly attitude is inbeatable. It's great for families and the New Year celebrations were amazing.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Clean hotel room and SPA facilities. Good location, close to many restaurants. The restaurant of the hotel offers high quality food. We liked everything. This was our third visit to this hotel and for sure it won't be the last.

Trip was with whole family and for leisure and spa! Hotel, spa, food and personnel were more than great. We recommend hotel at all aspects. Close to city center, very good view from balcony and bowling is suitable for all ages. Thank you!

The staff is extremely friendly. More than worth visiting it. Wonderful for kids - very nice indoor and outdoor swimming polls with thermal water. We simply like it and we go back permanently - without any desire to try any other hotel in Velingrad (certainly, tastes and expectations are different). Highly recommended for relaxing moments.

Η υπέροχη θέα, τα ανετα μεγάλα δωμάτια, το πολυ καλο φαγητο, η υπεροχη εξυπηρέτηση απο το προσωπικό και το σπα !!! δεν εχω λογια. Οι πισινες μεσα εξω ανετες καθαρες. Πολυ κοντα υπαρχουν υπεροχες τοποθεσειες για βολτες και αναρρίχηση.

Belle vue. Chambres avec belle vue et tranquiles. Oui 4 etoiles serait plus correct au standard international. Mais c'est le meilleur aux allentours. Bon petit dejeuner. Personnel sympathique. Privilegiez le 4eme etage

My family and I had a short vacation in Grand Hotel Velingrad this winter and my only complaint is that we did not stay longer. The pools are really nice and clean, the place is very well looked after and the buffet breakfast was great.
