I loved this hotel ! The service was great , the pools were amazing and the view was beautiful ! The piano bar was just ... I can't describe it with words the music , the cocktails were delicious ! I also loved the spa! It was amazing!Amazing hotel, a must visit !

We recieved a very big suite with a living room a bath and a balcony.The breakfast was great and we also had dinner at the restaurant one evening and it was delicious.The spa is also very good and we took a facial which was very nice.They even have a bowling alley

We are definitely "In Love" with this hotel. We are coming again and again. Spacious and modern rooms, excellent spa-facilities with mineral water, tasteful breakfast, fast and reliable Wi-Fi, friendly and polite staff, guarded parking for the car... Everything was great and we are waiting for the next meeting.

Very nice hotel, excellent SPA and restaurant, smiling and helpful staff. Possible late check out for free. Definitely I recommend this hotel. Only one disadvantage - According to me The Piano bar was a bit expensive.

The hotel is absolutely wonderful and fully corresponds to its 5 star rating. The rooms are big, nice and clean, as is the bathroom. The breakfast is varied and plentiful. The buffet table for dinner was not bad either, but was not great. The SPA area is nice, big and clean. I particularly loved the outdoor hot pool.

The hotel really deserves 5 stars. The service was excellent, the staff were very kind. The Spa center was perfect! We decide to try an anti stress massage and it was amazing and very relaxing! At breakfast there was a large selection for every taste!

We live in Dubai where they have some of the best hotels in the world with a good comparison we can comfortably say this hotel is by far away head and shoulders above all the other hotels we stayed in in Bulgaria. Bulgaria is not really known for its top service but in this hotel has nothing but the best staff are friendly smiley flexible accommodating and chatty. Definitely highly recommended, we'll be back.

I did not expect it is actually possible to find this level of service. Everything was first-class. Totally recommend it for business, spa, family vacation. The staff is great, the spa is wonderful, the rooms are very clean. There was nothing I had to ask for:)

Очень гостеприимный отель с суперсервисом!! Хорошая еда, два бассейна, внутри и снаружи, да и зона спа с саунами прекрасна! Чуть на окраине велинграда, но все близко! Вообще Велинград нам очень понравился!
