Really happy with the room, its facilities, the staff, the breakfast (and the breakfast staff were lovely!)My Best Western Rewards status was recognised and the staff were very responsive to any questions I had, and were happy to accommodate.The area where the hotel is located, is a bit on the run-down side, however the hotel itself is very well located for transport links.Assuming all remains the same with the hotel, I would definitely return to this hotel in future.

Me and my sisters spend two nights at the hotel and had great experience!The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I had to storage my breast milk in their freezer and the chef was super nice and helpful.A receptionist name Ivan helped us a lot with finding good spot to eat and hang out in Sofia.Breakfast was great and tasty.The only thing they need to improve is cleaning, it felt like it’s not so clean.Overall very recommended!

The hotel has all the amenities for a peaceful holiday without any extra worries. Close to the station and close to everything you need! Easy transportation and friendly staff who are ready to meet all your needs for a great holiday. I`ll be back for sure!
