Matt and his team made us feel so welcome. The chalet is warm, clean, inviting and dripping in local charm. The food is delicious and plentiful. Matt couldn't have been any more helpful. He was totally invested in us having the best experience and really took care of us. I can't recommend this company highly enough. We were ski novices and will definitely be booking to go next year with Matt and his team.

We've been back several times to the Chalet Bulgaria team and this year at Chalet Elena was another exceptional trip! Love these folks who will bend over backwards for you to help meet your needs. This ex-museum chalet had amazing features and every day after coming off the slopes we were guaranteed excellent food and service. Big thumbs up to our lovely hosts Matt and co- thanks for another fantastic time. We'll be back...again!

My third stay, originally in stayed in 2009, and each time has been better. The team picked us up from Sofia airport and transferred us there and back, and thorough our stay were always keen to help out, suggest places to visit/eat/drink etc as well as making sure the holiday was relaxing and most of all really good fun.No spa but there is a great jacuzzi, ideal after a long day on the hill.

Pretty large place, yet quite cozy. Has everything you may happen to need. Plentiful amenities in the kitchen. The whole place is furnished in a very home-ish style. Has a dedicated parking lane on the plot, albeit a bit tight. There's plenty of beds, so it can accommodate even very large groups. Would visit again!
