They gave us our choice of rooms. We chose a view and a balcony. Adequate beds, clean facilities, quiet urban setting all make for a decent place. Nothing super fancy, just very nice. Oh, and the staff are friendly! Not a ton of parking, but there’s room on the street if needed.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, zu jeder Tages und Nachtzeit. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber. Das Essen schmeckt auch gut 😊 Wir kommen gern wieder und können das Hotel jedem empfehlen.

Ho passato il capodanno insieme a degli amici in questo bellissimo hotel. devo dire che é molto confortevole,pulito ed elegante. lo consiglio a chi vuole trascorrere delle vacanze in tranquillità . cibo e servizio eccellente!!

Bonjour nous sommes Canadian et nous avons été très surpris très bon service et très propre et c'est nouveau comme hôtel on peu loin du centre ville mais c'est pas cher les taxi ici 2 dollar de l'argent la bas ça prend 20 min de marche pour aller au centre ville je le recommande 😀🇨🇦❤️

The owner as well as the staff are very friendly and ready to help. They speak English and they take care of everything including ordering food from local takeaways for you if requested. The room was very clean and very comfortable.

The receptionist was really friendly and helpful, the suit was very nice and clean. The air-conditioner was on when we arrived so it was not cold. The hotel have free parking and wifi. Definitely worth visiting.

Abbiamo fatto tappa una notte ad agosto. Hotel molto bello, pulito e con tutti i confort, camere ampie e molto silenziose. Rapporto qualità prezzo strepitoso!Il personale si è mostrato gentilissimo e disponibile a fare ogni sforzo per superare la barriera della lingua. Abbiamo deciso di cenare in albergo e con meno di 9 Euro abbiamo cenato in due!! Se si passa da queste parti, da non perdere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was there last week.Was a good experince for me and my family.Clean, comfortable, roomy.The owner is a very understanting, an excellent host.We stayed one night only in our journey to Greece but i recommend as a welcoming place.

Not far away from Bansko and other ski areas.Close to historical city center and the shopping area.Very kind and helpful stuff (Sonja,Joachim and everybody else) -we even found our car cleaned of the snow.The room was simple but very clean, hot and spacious.The lady who cooks in the restaurant is a real chef! Easy to find (location).We will be there again. We highly recommend it.
