Excellent staff polite engaging from all departments, good english. The hotel is very clean and tidy great decor and a lovley buzz around the place. Hotel management make a note of name and room number which you don't see in other hotels, Spa facilities best we have seen. Kempinski is our preferred hotel brand especially this one

A romantic meal with the husband meant we had to take our 3 kids. The waiter immediately gave the kids headsets so they could settle quietly to watch a movie meaning we could enjoy a sumptuous 5 course gourment meal in a relaxed way listening to the live entertainment from cellist and violinists. Excellent!

There was nothing to dislike, this restaurant is a must when you visit bansko if you are foodie . Head chef Mike wilkinson and his team dished up the most amazing food and the restaurant waiting staff Ilian and Vinnie could not have been more attentive . The food was first class and we look forward to our next visit to this restaurant .

This restaurant is expensive but all dishes beautifully presented and well worth it. Don't be seduced by the cheaper price of the weekly 3 course menu - the dishes aren't as good and for only a few leva more you can properly indulge yourselves.Great house wine too.
