Gianfranco and Anna have managed to extract the best out of prime quality Bulgarian products. It was a unique experience to be able to taste Bulgarian produce interpreted through the chefs' respective heritages and their professional cooking background. I can honestly say this is one of my favorite restaurants in Bulgaria. The experience is well worth the price. You could taste the love they have for their craft through their meals. Truly inspiring evening, we will make sure to come again soon!

The experience we had was amazing! The food was with fresh Bulgarian ingredients, which is not something you see everyday. We were warmly accepted and felt like we were at home. We are so impressed with the incredible journey of flavours that we were a part of! The food that the Chiarini family prepares is just sensational and really shows off the excellent local produce that the country can offer. Spectacular experience! The food is more than amazing, an homage to local food and taste. Fantastic selection of wines that go very well with the dishes. All this combined with the great attitude of the hosts Anna and Gianfranco make you feel at home in this gem of a restaurant that is Dieci.
