We visited again after completing the Egyptian room in 2019. The Hacker room was slightly more difficult with lots of puzzles, combination locks and visual puzzles. The host provides hints at the right pace to keep your group moving. We managed to complete with 3 mins to go. Would recommend to families with children 10+

Four of us did the Hacker Escape Room last week. It was excellent fun with a lot of enjoyable puzzles. We managed to solve it with 10 min to spare. The host was very friendly and helpful and the hints she gave were useful without being give-aways. Would highly recommend. The cats outside the hotel were very nice too, particularly the tortoiseshell.

We played both rooms and it worths. THE ANCIENT EGYPT took us 45min, but in THE HACKER'S ROOM we stucked-58min. Both are amazing!!! Must to do place and the operators are great !!!

We visited both rooms while on holiday in Bansko and really enjoyed them. We played the Hacker room and liked it so much we decided to come back and do the Egyptian room. Both rooms have a great variety of puzzles and are very well put together and thought out. These are definitely some of the best escape rooms we’ve been to. They also have the option to play in English or Bulgarian.

Πολύ καλή εμπειρία σε έναν οργανωμένο χώρο 5 αστέρων. 2 ζευγάρια πήγαμε και περάσαμε ένα διαφορετικό απόγευμα. Σίγουρα θα το ξανακάναμε.

It was awesome!We went 6 friends right after skiing.We have spent lots of fun in the Egypt room. Next time we will try the second one.Very cool clues and impressive interior!It was the perfect way to end up our vacation! Congrats for the idea Lucky Bansko!
