Very clean and comfortable hotel, lady on reception very friendly and helpful and speaks excellent English (the guy who works there is the polar opposite but don’t let that put you off!) Pre-selecting breakfast is a novel idea but works well and is efficient. The Breakfast choice is good and it sets you up for the day. Plenty to do in the direct area, with the Sea Garden directly opposite which leads to the beach and the city centre less than 10 minutes walk.

Lovely small hotel. Very clean. Fantastic location just in front of the Sea Gardens and 5 minutes walk to city center. The most helpfull and friendly staff. Does not have restaurant but serves breakfast and has a nice bar. The closer restaurant is just crossing the street.

We stayed in late September for 5 nights in Gran Via. The hotel is nice and clean, with fast wi-fi internet, cooperative staff and great location. The only thing I dislike are the ratter small rooms so consider taking a studio or apartment if you travel with children. A tip: The rooms looking to the backyard are quiter than the one looking to the park.

Superb location, close to the sea and the main shopping street. Rooms are nice and have everything. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast could be better but is acceptable. There are also spacious apartments available. All rooms have a nice view
