Хотелът е в добро състояние. Стаите са чисти и се чистят много добре от персонала. Румсервизът е с добро качество на обслужване. На рецепция отношението е много професионално. Препоръчвам!

Very lovely hotel. Easy to find very friendly staff lovely reception area. Good size rooms fantastic views from room and restaurant. Handy for the shops or site seeing. Only one fault for the 4 nights we stayed, the part of the breakfast that was supposed to be hot was cold or look warm. Not good and would put me off staying here again.

Many times in Tarnovo and always in some other hotel but now I have found one I will not change. Excellent location, very helpful staff, comfort and spacious rooms, very good wifi. Only the TV could be bigger screen and more international channels. I will definitely return here when i visit Tarnovo again.

Clean, cosy, spacious room, nice designed bathroom, friendly staff, great view from the room over the Tzarevec. We wanted to eat traditional food at the restaurant and the waiter helped us a lot even if his English was not the best. It was an amaizing place where people really know how to treat tourists!
