The staff is nice and friendly, the food is delicious, the room is big! Highly recommended! Perfect for kids, holiday, skiing! We had everything that we need for the perfect Holiday! We will go back for sure!

Excellent choice. The hotel offers big rooms with beautiful view. Located in a quiet area it is the perfect place for relaxation. The restaurant has a large menu and traditional prices. There is a shuttle bus that goes to the centre all day.

Her seneki gibi yine Borovets i tercih ettik. Yalnız bu kez bölgede gerçekleşen genel su kesintisi tatilimize biraz limın sıktı. Onun dışında her sene yazdığım gibi "Alpin Hotel" bölgenin en iyisi sözümü geri alıyorum. Bu tesis farklı bir konseptte olmasına rağmen oda büyüklükleri vb ile oldukça iyi. Oldukça rahat ettik ve mutlu olduk.

Perfect for family vacation with kids. Very big, nice and clean room. Very friendly stuff. Food is perfect. Excellent view and relaxing location. Shuttle was available every time we need a transport to the gondola. Great value for money.

Hotel was clean, the rooms were very spacious and appropriate for families with small children because there is enough space for cribs. But the most important and great thing about the hotel is that the staff is exceptional. They always smile, they are there if you need something, they play with the kids. The service is great and fast, restaurant is also very delicious and had various food for every taste. I recommend it and we would definitely come back.
