My private guide made the reservation. The hotel was perfect. They offer free refreshments all day. My room was simple, but very comfortable. They have a beautiful terrace overlooking the square. Half of the terrace was filled with rose bushes. Breakfast was delicious. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful.

My husband and I were very fortunate that we could get accommodation in the Roza Hotel during the Rose Festival in Kazanluk. The roses inside the hotel and on the terrace contributed to the atmosphere of the Rose Festival and did credit to the name of the hotel. Our every need was provided for by the friendly wife and husband owners.We had a comfortable room with a more than adequate breakfast. If you want to attend the popular festival next year, make sure that you book now.

Stayed here for 2 nights in April 2018 and absolutely enjoyed the place. Great room with seating area, minibar, good breakfast and perfect location near restaurants and sights. Service of the owners is very good and arranged taxi to the nearby sights in the mountains for me. Glad I chose this hotel!

This is a cozy hotel in the center of Kanzalak city. The room was well equiped and very clean. I was pleased to find in my room a free bottle of wine at my arrival. The shower has mineral thermal water which it looks very interesting to me. The breakfast was decent, you can have free coffee during the day. I stopped here due to the bad weather and bad road condition and I appreciated a lot the kindness of the employees!
