With a few minor issues this hotel can easily be recommended with his pools and SPA facilities. One minor issue is that the mineral water in the pools should be way warmer then it is.

Отличен хотел. Добро обслужване на рецепция, спа зона и ресторант. Хубава спа зона с 4 сауни едната от тях билкова с 6 вида билки. Басейн с температура 27 градуса и малък с температура 37 градуса. Бих дошъл отново.

Very friendly and easy to navigate around the spa. Massages are excellent and the staff are all very well trained. The hotel is good and the rooms quite rfelaxing. The restaurant is also good with a varied menu.

We had a great stay in this hotel! I was very pleased with the room and the staff was very helpful. I enjoyed my time in the spa the most. You can find everything you need to have some rest and relax! Totally recommend it!

The hotel is amazing, I enjoyed my spa vacation there! The staff is very helpful, smiley and with very good attitude towards hotel guests - something that is not very typical for Bulgaria! The Spa zone is rich, relaxing and extremely clean, the pool is big and warm. For me this hotel offers the best spa vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are big and clean, great spa center and very friendly staff. Restaurant offers good food at very good prices. The hotel offers also many possibilities for sport other than fitness.

I really enjoyed my stay there even though it was for a business trip, I can imagine it being quite pleasant for a weekend with the family. The rooms are large and can fit up to four people comfortably (a family with children for example). Staff was nice and accommodating. Excellent all inclusive breakfast in the morning. Nice and clean Spa facilities.
