Although this hotel was a bit far from the city centre, you could make it walking (15 min. Walk). it is a modern hotel with all the commodities, including a sauna.The receptionist, Alexandra, is very helpful and nice.Breakfast was the best one, for the standards. They have a terrace where some people can smoke, others can pick cherries when it is the time, and we were lucky and there were lots of cherries.

A super hotel with friendly and professional staff. All staff from management to housekeeping were extremely helpful . Having great staff makes your stay so enjoyable. The hotel was clean and modern and a great place to relax. The buffet breakfast had lots of choice and was a great start to the day. The location of the hotel is perfect for the city centre and the transport links are just outside the hotel

I enjoyed being close to the main strip in Sofia, the staff were very helpful and would order cabs, the rooms were kept tidy and had good rain showers, food was good and all in all my stay was enjoyable being based in the Hotel Abrazo. Would recommend.
