The rooms are spacious and are very clean and tidy. Maid service is very good and the room is done every day. Reception are very friendly and go that extra mile if you want directions or have a problem in your room which is sorted very quickly. Highly recommend for short or long stays as the hotel is very central making places to go to in town easy to get to.

Liked · The staff was incredibly polite and accomodating, when we asked for a large taxi due to how much luggage we had, they even put in a special order. One day it was raining and the clerk offered us his umbrella for our brief trip outside. Outstanding.

Hotel is located near the old town of the city and at a nice walking distance from a lot of tourist attractions. Wifi works great, the beds are amazing and the breakfast was great. Extremely nice people, even offered us icecream due to the heat. Only downside is that there is not a lot of parking space, but they were nice enough to help us with that. All in all best hotel we have had in bulgaria so far!

Très bonne prestation, en centre ville et proche du quartier ancien de Plovdiv. Le stationnement peut être difficile, mais les réceptionnistes se chargent de trouver une place gratuite près de l'hébergement. Un prix modéré pour la prestation
