Very friendly service and comfortable room. Breakfast was handmade fresh traditional Bulgarian omelette and was tasty. Views over the Pirin Mountains from the hotel balcony were excellent. Would definitely recommend if travelling to Bulgaria for mountaineering or skiing.

Clean and warm rooms with great mountain views, very well priced. The owners are really nice and accommodating, Alexander did home cooked breakfast for us every morning their cafe below the rooms and then gave us a lift in his car to the gondola.He also gave us plenty of info before we came and took us to a ski rental shop where we got 20% off.

Bardzo miła właścicielka, dobre ceny jeżeli dogadujesz się na miejscu, lokalizacja w starej (dużo atrakcyjniejszej) części Bańska. Super widok z pokoi.Uwaga tylko na jedno, porozumiewanie się po angielsku tylko gestykulacyjnie :).Niemniej szczerze polecam.
