Friendly staff, due to COVID the shop is operating on an on demand basis, so you should call 15 minutes ahead and someone can come and open for you!We only needed a few hours so 14 BGN was a little steep for two lockers, but still a useful service, would recommend!

Amazing customer service! The lady there was super helpful and even offered me an umbrella as it was rainy. Less than a minute walk from the metro to the airport. Great value

I’d rate it as one of the most fabulous invention in the century. You could put your luggages here with good hands. The staff are polite and helpful for everything you ask for! Greatly appreciate their services. One little drawback is the opening hours only from 10 am to 8 pm.

Fantastic! So easy to use, took minutes to lock my bag away. Very fair price and so centrally locates! Bag felt very safe for the day. The staff member was also incredibly helpful and even ordered my a taxi when I collected my bag! Great service!

Excellent solution for visiting Sofia free from luggage. If you encounter problems with the system, which is still quite simple, remote assistance intervenes promptly.

A friendly lockers service for storing your luggage for a few hours or days. Very reasonable rates and just next to Serdika Metro Station, with line 2 heading to the airport. Highly recommended.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful!! Usually I am a little worried to leave luggage somewhere, but you can tell they are really good people. Also, the location is perfect, right next to the main metro station and lots of tourist sites. 10/10, highly recommend.
