Nice hotel, I recommend to choose Level option and the room with the black sea view. Great location- in garden next to the beach. Our son will miss the animator staff- they were great and fully involved in their job. Food - fine, a lot of fruit and vegetables, always something tasty to choose.

The Animation team were so much fun, always smiling and simply awesome. They took great care of our son at the kids club and he had a fantastic fun time at the evening kids mini disco as well. The hotel activities were amazing! A whole variety of categories to keep guests always entertained. The food selection was varied, delicious and served at all times during the day at different corners of the hotel. Overall our stay was 10/10 all-round.

Excelent food and snacks. Perfect servise. The best Animators ( A-team) very friendly, who offered different entertainment during the day (arcehry, darts, water polo and more) and also in the evening- disco for children, live music, Bulgarian tradicional evening, music quiz and more. We definetily will come back here. Hotel has place at the beach also

Suerely the best hotel on the Golden Sands, we were very satisfied. We have spent one week during COVID season and everything was perfect. Room with the sea view was big and clean. Restaurant perfect and great food with variety of choice. And one more plus, good cappuccino in a lobby bar. We will come surely back this June! :)

Above all excellent conditions of staying, the most important thing is the attention to details and the constant concern for the well being of the guests.This hotel is probably the best over all location for summer in Bulgaria, regarding services and the conditions of staying. Not lastly, this impressions are generated by the entire hotel team, but an important part of it is thanks to Elitsa Mincheva s efforts, the LEVEL manager, a true dedicated professional.

A class-friendly hotel. The animators are excellent, the services very good. So is the food. For those who want, for a few days, to rest by moving from the pool to the beach or on the slides is a good place!

We had a wonderful vacation! The animators team created an unforgettable atmosphere, both for the child and for us. Excellent food, very attentive to details and kind. I announced at the restaurant that I have food allergies and every day they prepared separate food for me (or recommended something suitable from the restaurant) plus a surprise dessert every day!
