"Red Canape" is a high-class restaurant with stylish posh interior and top-notch food and service. Interesting menu offering dishes for every palate, all of the right size to allow you have a full-course meal. Although the prices are on the higher end, they perfectly match the quality of the food. Our waiter, Nikolay, was impeccable. Will return for sure!

Ambiance tamisée avec repas plutôt gastronomique.Un service remarquable, agréable et tout en finesse!Une entrée avec foie gras poëlé et fruits rouges à tomber, risotto crémeux et magret de canard super. Passez votre tour sur le dessert malheureusement ce n'est pas leur spécialité ni en Bulgarie tout court mais même sans dessert vous serez repus!!Je recommande, merci pour ce joli moment.

A friend of mine told me to visit the red canape restaurant and grafitti cafe and he wasn't wrong at all. I came to eat for lunch, but I found out some friends of my work partner and we sat together discussing business with some delicious white wine. They have very good wine list and delicious steak. I loved the soup too. Thanks for everything, coming back again next time.

So the chilled ambience, great music ,stunning decor and absolutely fab food is testament to the hard work that has gone into this hotel/destination.Sea bass with fryer and asparagus is a surprise but the peach cake is divine! !!!!Service could be better but they do try hard. Just could be a little more attentive. Defo worth a second stay!!!

I visited the restaurant in december with my family and it offered us a cosy and charming atmosphere in the heart of this beautiful city. The food was exceptional and really warmed our souls. The service was outstanding, all of the staff were so discreet and polite.I wish I could taste every sigle dish of the menu every time I visit this extraordinary place.

What a surprise to find this restaurant. We walked and walked around to find somewhere to eat which would also suit us as vegetarians and here it was a modern and new building in the middle of all the old houses of Varna.Not many guests but on Easter Sunday many Bulgarians celebrate with there families.The menu had a lot to offer but no vegetarian main meals but we got offered some starters as main and we loved it. Great food and very good prices too.
