Everything was perfect - nice and friendly owners, really quiet and restful neighbourhood near the city centre and the old town. The rooms were clean and tidy, this is the best choise for accommodation in the area.

I have been at this Residence for 6 nights: I have to say that it was the best accommodation I could ever find. The location is very central, in the neighborhood of Kabana, the rooms are cozy and very clean. The room on the top floor is extraordinary as it gives access to the roof terrace, with an amazing view of Old Plovdiv! Ivan, the owner, was also very helpful and kind and gave me all the information and suggestion I needed. Thank you!

We had a big, clean, comfortable room with a balcony. Location is great - in the art district and close to the old town, on a quiet street. Walking distance to most attractions. The host, Ivan, was very friendly and helpful. He had lots of good recommendations. A full kitchen is available for guests.

I booked the smallest and cheapest room, but since the other rooms were free, the owner offered me one of the other rooms for the same price. Very nice man, will help you with anything you might need.The accomodation is very clean and the location is amazing. I'd stay here again for sure!
