Харесаха · Всичко ни хареса! Чисто, уютно, с чудесна гледка и удобства! Закуската е превъзходна, пресоналът е уникален както на рецепция, така и в ресторанта. Басейнът беше чудесен. Матракът и възглавниците бяха уникално удобни, а вечерята в ресторанта беше уникално вкусна!

Любезно обслужване, нямам забележки по отношение на чистотата. Достатъчно паркоместа, включително и подземен паркинг. Чудесна гледка към Банско. Басейна и цялата релакс зона също са добре поддържани. Цените през лятото са повече от приемливи.

New clean spacious! Wonderful one bedroom and two bedroom apartments with fully equipped kitchen. Very nice view as the hotel is on a hill. Great food in the restaurant, also excellent breakfast, just need to include espresso. Very polite staff. Good sized swimming pool. Very pleasant inner yard to have a drink. Close to the ski tracks.

My husband and I stayed here for a week. The hotel had everything we needed. The Room was very clean. We had a Fridge, stove and oven. Clean towels when you need them. Hotel staff were very friendlyand helpful. We had the breakfast every day which had lots of variety cereal, bacon, eggs toast and more. The hotel spa was a great place to relax, especially if you had been skiing. We would love to return.

I spent 2 times in this hotel during summer period. The hotel is very good, great location if you are a fan of walking throw the forest, because is near the forest paths. The apartments in the hotel are big and clean.The spa center is excellent. The only bad thing is the road to the hotel which is in poor condition as well as the surroundings.They should work on a better children's corner outside the hotel.

We stayed in this hotel in August for two days. It was a really nice clean place. The appartment we stayed in was huge and very clean. There is an indoor pool, spa and a gym. Family friendly environment.It is about 30-40 min walk to the town centre. We will definately go back.

Very good hotel with friendly staff, good location and mountain views!We were very pleased with the hotel in general all the areas are modern, well kept and clean. The Spa is very good , I had a spa therapy and really enjoyed it. The people working in the ski wardrobe, kids club and the reception are extremely polite and helpful. If you are with kids don’t miss the kids disco and the kids activities. The rooms are very nice furnished, spacious and modern. We love it and hope to go back.
