This hotel is probably the best experience I've had. It earns its 5 stars due to their quiet and luxurious rooms. Much attention was given to the planning of the rooms with the needs of the guest anticipated. The staff is extremely professional but also warm and welcoming. Special mention to Ivan, the manager who gave me great advice on special things not to miss, and Lia, front desk assistant. Thank you both for such a great experience in Plovdiv.

Good location. Perfect room and beds. Lovely staff. Good restaurant but you have to go out of the hotel to go there. We were told at reception that we could charge to the room but restaurant refused to do so and said it was diffrent ownership. First morning we were told that we could not have breakfast served in our room but we were not interested to go out of the hotel to go to the restaurant. Later we were offered to have it in the room. Bit confusing.
