Excellent hotels and hosts. Just make sure you tell them in advance if you need a hard mattress. They will spoil you and take care of you until you cannot handle it anymore. Zlotka and Dima are the best hosts you can have in Bulgaria.

I am a regular visitor of Borovets and can safely say that this is the best value for money hotel. New furniture, warm, nice spa and lovely staff. Ski shop very convenient on -1 level and full of quality equipment.Restaurant offered a modern take on Bulgarian food and I can’t recommend the restaurant staff enough! Lovely - will come back!

The lodge hotel is a lovely boutique style hotel right next door to the Gondola lift. The rooms are spacious and the staff very helpful and friendly. The spa is a welcome treat after a days skiing and the massages are the best I have ever had. would 100 % recommend and the hotel is exceptional value for money.

A very nice hotel with a friendly staff willing to assist the guest in any way. We had a problem with the wi-fi in our room and the hotel manager offered us his mobile phone. The guy who helped us with the bags was very assistive too. The location of the hotel is really convenient as it is close to the Gondola. We spend a great time there...well done!
